Bom artigo do "Pro-publica" exibindo a  atividade da vigilancia americana e como foi usado o No "54" para justifica-lo. Os numeros e relatos mostram atividade dos orgãos de inteligencia no sentido de prevenir ataques a pessoas inocentes, e como bem dito pelo artigo assinado pelos Srs., FBI tem e deve ter tais prerrogativas. Mas os fins justificam os meios? Então poderia eu utilizar-me de meios ilicitos para combater ilicitudes? O que dizer então da atividade criminosa em relação aos paises aliados, onde TODOS, via de regra, tem pedido por explicações e atitudes do gov americano para que a vigilancia se mantenha dentro da lei  internacional e respeito aos direitos humanos e das nações soberanas? Conclui-se que o No 54 é apenas cortina de fumaça para mudar o foco do que realmente interessa: NSA tem respeitado a lei e o direito dos indivíduos / organizações á privacidade?

Good article in "Pro-publica" showing the american suveliance and how dit it used. Reports show the numbers and activity of the organs of intelligence in order to prevent attacks on innocent people, and how well said article signed by Messrs, FBI has and must have such prerogatives. But the ends justify the means? So I could use me illicit means to combat illegal activity? What then of the criminal activity in relation to allied countries where ALL, as a rule, have asked for explanations and attitudes of the American gov for the surveillance remain within international law and respect for human rights and sovereign nations? It is concluded that the No 54 is just a smokescreen to change the focus of what really matters: NSA has respected the law and the right of individuals / organizations to privacy?
